Do you really have the guaranteed lowest prices on the internet?
If you find a legitimate website with regular publicized lower prices, we guarantee we will beat their price. The publicized price must not be part of a sale or clearance.

Do you have discounts for quantity orders?
Yes we do! The pricing will be adjusted when you hit the quantity discount level automatically as you order online.

My friend received a coupon code, how can I get one?
If you join our email mailing list, we periodically send out emails with discount coupon codes. We also will keep you updated on new products or other exciting things happening at Artistic Designs Apparel.

Can your designs be changed? Am I limited to the designs in your catalog and on your website?
Our designs can be changed to fit your needs. You can change the text, ink color(s), slogan, picture, etc. Designs can be printed on the front or back of most garments. Other print locations are also available depending on the design and garment used. You are not limited to our designs; we will accept artwork from you. Artwork may be supplied by the customer and our artist can make any adjustments, or our artist can work up a design from an idea you may have. It is best to send artwork via email to the art department. Include the order number in the subject of the email.

Will I be able to see my design before you make the shirts?
Yes. We will send you via email the design for your approval. We will not start production until we receive your approval.

What kind of products can I buy at ArtisticDesignsApparel.com? Do you have any other products?
We carry any product you desire. If you do not see it on our website, feel free to email or call with a description of what you are looking for. We will be happy to find it for you. We might not have added it to our website yet, but carry it in stock.

How much is shipping? It doesn't say.
Regular orders (not screen-printing or glassware) are $6 for the first item and $1 for each additional item. Most orders will be shipped via UPS Ground. We assure that your order will be shipped in a timely manner.

Why was my credit card charged / check cashed even though I haven't received my order yet?
At Artistic Designs Apparel.com, everything we produce is custom-made based on your instructions. As a result, we cannot begin production until we receive a financial commitment from our customers. Therefore, all payment is processed immediately so we can begin work on your order.

How soon can I get something "Rushed"?
- In stock Clothing will ship within 3 business days, add 15% for rush
delivery.
- Screen-printing will ship within 7 to 9 days, add 15% for rush
delivery.
- In order to guarantee these rush times we must have entire order, i.e.
a count, sizes, artwork, colors, and address. The above rush times are from the
time that we receive the full order and can start production.
- Glassware and Plastics will ship within 10 days add 15% for rush
delivery.
- Rush orders must be placed before 2 p.m. or they will be dated the
following business day. All rush times are plus shipping days, please allow
adequate time when ordering. Please type in comments box when item is needed.

RUSH FEES ARE FOR RUSH PRODUCTION- THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME. A working day starts on the next business day and does not include holidays or weekends.

IF YOU ORDER OTHER MERCHANDISE THAT TAKES LONGER TO SHIP - WE WAIT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER TOGETHER, SO YOU MIGHT WANT TO MAKE MORE THAN ONE ORDER IF YOU NEED IT SOONER.

Can I cancel an order?
To provide you with the fastest service possible, Once an order is in production, it cannot be cancelled. All orders are custom-made based on the customer's instructions at the time of ordering and as such, the customer is responsible for any costs incurred by SomethingGreek.com up to the point of cancellation. INDIVIDUAL orders cannot be cancelled once we have ordered the garment(s) or product(s) for your order. If we can cancel your individual order their will be a processing/re-stocking fee charged for doing so.
